Recycling Terrorists - Guantanamo's Revolving Door

As Sen. Lieberman pointed out, some of the current leaders of al-Qaeda in Yemen were recently enemy combatant prisoners at Guantanamo. They had been released to the Yemeni government and quickly found their freedom. It's not a stretch to believe their incarceration in Guantanamo and visitation rights would provide them insights useful in targeting Americans and American interests. During WW-II, POWs were not released to their native countries until after the war ended. Unfortunately, would some of these ex-prisoners be captured again, they wold soon find themselves repatriated to Yemen to repeat the cycle.
